Usually candles are made from paraffin (a mineral wax, derived from petroleum and harmful to health). This is why Lou Candeloun has developed a 100% vegetable and natural formula, composed of 85% soy wax of French origin and guaranteed GMO-free . and 15% of their secret ingredients (also 100% of vegetable and natural origin) which give these candles an excellent lifespan and optimal restitution of fragrances.
Candle Bonne Mère - Lou Candeloun
Height 10cm Diameter 8.5cm Burning time ~75 hours Net weight) 280g Compositions Vegetable waxes - Natural cotton wick Your candle looks like imperfect ”?
You notice irregularities on the glass inside? This is normal and a guarantee of quality, especially as regards the natural composition of your candle!
The soy wax used in the vast majority to make these candles is said polymorphic : that is to say, its crystalline structure can vary according to weather conditions and develop a floury, frosty or even sweaty appearance.
It happens that the candle detaches slightly from the glass, creating "wet spots" with temperature variations as you could see, another characteristic inherent in its natural composition.
But don't worry!
All this is the prerogative of "natural", less chemically stable compared to paraffin candles, but, because... precisely without harmful chemicals!
Most people are not bothered by this rendering, and even say that it is a sign that the candle is good natural and not paraffin.
Once lit, your candle will not lose any of its qualities (diffusion of aromas, burning time).
