The manufacturing process involves recycling  2 tons of glass waste  per day. Heated to 1600°, the glass is melted and maintained at temperature 24 hours a day. The glasses are then mouth blown  and cut by hand.  Once the shape of the Bedli glass has been made, they  are placed in a second oven for a new firing which lasts approximately  3 a.m. Finally, the glasses are washed and transported to their place of storage.
